Paulus Hook – Located around historic Hamilton Park on the north west side of Downtown. The neighborhood is primarily comprised of historic brownstones, luxury high-rise rental buildings and a few minium sized newer construction development including 77 Hudson andFulton's Land at 149 Essex Street. The area is 5-10 minute walk to the Exchange Place Path station and 10-15 minutes to the Grove Path station. (Includes street west of Van Vorst Street and south of Grand Street: Warren, Washington, Greene, Hudson, Morris, Sussex, Essex and Dudley Streets.)
